This dear old lady was neglected and starved, she came in with a grade 4 heart murmur and a body condition graded at 0.5, our vet did not expect her to pull through but she's a trooper!

No discernable heart murmer, now keeping up with the other horses and holding her own in any arguments, but she will always need good regular handfeeding to maintain health and condition! A dearly loved member of our family!

Why "Tyler's Garden" and who is Tyler?

For quite a few years our family has been involved with rescuing and attempting to give a better life to animals, mainly farm animals, that have been neglected or willfully abused.
Tyler was a little kitten that came to us after having been thrown over a fence in a cardboard box, suffering spinal and internal injuries that eventually caused her death. In spite of having seizures, and frequent visits to our wonderful vets, she was a happy, sweet little cat that we were privileged to know, and her special garden where she loved to sun herself became known as Tyler's Garden. Now our farm and our business is named in memory of a sweet, brave little kitten who is my inspiration when times get tough!
